This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of _______________ between:

Section 1
Scope of Work

Forgd will deliver the following RAW tier deliverables:

Social Media Banner PackBranded headers for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Sized and exported ready-to-upload.

Deliverables not listed above are not included in this engagement. Any additions require a written change order.

Section 2
Timeline

Estimated completion: Approximately 2 weeks from intake completion and payment receipt.

Project start: _______________, contingent on intake form submission and payment confirmation.

Timeline assumes Client provides feedback within 5 business days of each delivery milestone. Delays in feedback extend delivery by an equal duration.

Section 3
Revisions

2 rounds of revisions included per deliverable. A revision round is a consolidated set of changes to existing creative direction — not a new concept or direction change.

Additional revision rounds are available at $75/hr, billed in 30-minute increments. Forgd will notify Client before incurring additional charges.

Section 4
Payment Terms

Total Fee: $499 (USD), payable in full upfront.

Work does not begin until payment is received. Payment is processed via Stripe. RAW tier payments are non-refundable once intake is submitted and work begins.

Section 5
Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, Forgd assigns to Client all rights, title, and interest in the final deliverables, including all intellectual property rights. Client owns all final creative work after payment is complete.

Work product remains the property of Forgd until payment is received in full. Forgd retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless Client requests otherwise in writing.

Section 6
Cancellation

RAW tier is paid in full upfront. If Client cancels before work begins, a refund of $349 is provided ($150 project setup fee is retained). Once intake is submitted and work begins, no refund is available.

Forgd may cancel the engagement if intake is not completed within 30 days of payment, in which case a full refund is issued.

Section 7
Confidentiality & Liability

Both parties agree to keep the other's confidential business information private. Forgd will not share Client's business details with third parties. Client will not share Forgd's unpublished creative work or proprietary processes.

Forgd's liability is limited to the amount paid under this Agreement. Forgd does not guarantee specific business outcomes from deliverables.

Upon receipt of full payment, Forgd assigns to Client all rights, title, and interest in the final deliverables, including all intellectual property rights. Client owns all final creative work after payment is complete.

Work product remains the property of Forgd until payment is received in full. Forgd retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless Client requests otherwise in writing.

Section 6
Cancellation

If Client cancels before work begins: full deposit refund, minus a $150 project setup fee.

If Client cancels after work begins but before first deliverable: deposit is non-refundable. No additional amount is owed.

If Client cancels after first deliverable is delivered: deposit is non-refundable. Client owes for any completed work not yet paid for, calculated at $125/hr.

Section 2
Timeline

Estimated completion: Approximately 4–5 weeks from intake completion and deposit receipt.

Project start: _______________, contingent on intake form submission and deposit confirmation.

Timeline assumes Client provides feedback within 5 business days of each delivery milestone. Delays in feedback extend delivery by an equal duration. Post-launch support begins on the date final deliverables are accepted.

Section 3
Revisions

Unlimited revisions included within the agreed project scope throughout the engagement. Revisions must stay within the original scope of each deliverable. Requests that constitute new deliverables or substantial direction changes are scoped separately.

Section 4
Payment Terms

Total Fee: $1,799 (USD), payable in two installments:

  • Deposit: $899.50 due before work begins
  • Final payment: $899.50 due upon completion, before final file delivery

Work begins upon deposit receipt. Final deliverables are released only after final payment clears. Payment is processed via Stripe.

Section 5
Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, Forgd assigns to Client all rights, title, and interest in the final deliverables, including all intellectual property rights. This includes all creative assets, documents, strategy materials, and templates produced for this engagement.

Work product remains the property of Forgd until payment is received in full. Forgd retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless Client requests otherwise in writing.

If Client cancels before work begins: full deposit refund, minus a $150 project setup fee.

If Client cancels after work begins but before first deliverable: deposit is non-refundable. No additional amount is owed.

If Client cancels after first deliverable is delivered: deposit is non-refundable. Client owes for any completed work not yet paid for, calculated at $125/hr.

Post-launch support is provided as part of this Agreement and is not refundable once the support period has started.

Both parties agree to keep the other's confidential business information private. Forgd will not share Client's business details, competitive research, personas, or strategy documents with third parties. Client will not share Forgd's unpublished creative work or proprietary processes.

Forgd's liability is limited to the amount paid under this Agreement. Forgd does not guarantee specific business outcomes from deliverables or strategy recommendations.
